im running linux server, and i just wanted to know if i can add link to my site. or do i got to ask the owner or the site if i can add his site as a link in my site. can anyone help me with this.

Hi, flacko21 - I'm not sure I'm properly understanding the question but without prior permission, getting permission from the website admin is the proper thing to do before doing any linking in either direction. Hope this is what you meant.
