Sendmail + Vacation Problems or alternative...

Hi everyone, I've been having this problem with the vacation program and sendmail, the OS is Red Hat Enterprise 3, I have Webmin installed and I'm using the program vacation to generate auto-replys, but when I send mail to someone who has activated the service through webmin the following mail is received:

All the files are correctly generated .forward .vacation.db, etc.

And if you please know some alternative to vacation which I can use I could really appreciate your info.
