Hey everyone i need lil bit of expert advice concerning a cgi script i installed on my fedora 4 box, its a cgi proxy which uses the socket statement i keep getting this error message :

CGIProxy Error Couldn't create socket: Permission denied

any ideas how i can solve this problem?
