Does anybody know any good tutorials on how to make server, configure one and register a domain (or subdomain) to it so I can go on it from another PC and get my own site on my PC.

Depends on the distro you've chosen for the specifics - there's a guide for Debian here, but of course most distros can handle it.

Because your question is very broad, I'll just ask briefly that you know you don't *need* to go through all that just to have your own web site, right? Lots and lots of providers out there will manage all the domain crud and will host your files for you. Doesn't have to cost a lot, and you can design and setup your own site without learning all the intricacies of Apache and domain name registration, etc.

Still, not trying to dissuade you from a learning exercise.
