cyradm Missing
I recently tried setting up the last stable Cyrus IMAP Server, following their howto to the fine print. However, it seems that the `cyradm` program is missing...Is there a location i can get it, or an alternate route to managing users and other things? The version of cyrus-imapd is cyrus-imapd-2.2.12
