What are you looking for, a monitoring application or a configuration application? Need to be a little more explicit, here.

Hi,
Webmin is a good all-round, free server admin tool which can be used remotly or locally. If you are talking about a webserver control pannel, zpannel is free and appears to be quite functional - http://www.thezpanel.com/?page=downloads
Both are very easy to install and use and have been tested on Fedora.
Hope this helps.
James
