Question ftp server with GLOBAL bandwidth

Might anyone know of an ftp server that is able to limit the GLOBAL bandwidth (Bps)?

i.e. Setting a limit of 100Kbps UP on the entire server..
    therefore...
    • one client = 100kbps..
    • two clients = 50kbps each..
    • 10 clients = 10kbps each..

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

    Question

    BUMP:

I still can't find a solution for this.

Looking for a linux ftp server that has the capability of throttling the ENTIRE server's bandwidth for FTP traffic. (Not just on a 'per user' basis)

There are a plethora of ftp servers in Windows that can do this...yet I cannot find a single one for linux.

Any guidance and/or direction would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
