    Unhappy DNS Request timed out

    I installed DNS on new FC5 linux machine. When i do nslookup on same machine it replies successfully but when i do nslookup form anyother linux or windows machine, it timed out.

    Do you have the firewall turned on? It could be blocking access to the DNS port on the FC5 machine from outside.

    I disabled firewall and SELinux services but even then it is not working.
