Radius authenticate by h323-remote-address

Hi everyone!
I need to configure freeRADIUS with MySQL on FC4 to work with VoIP! For that i need to authenticate users not by user-name and password but by AVP parameter h323-remote-address!
My configuration works ok now with username and pass but i cant go further because i can't configure RADIUS to authenticate by h323-remote-address!
If anyone can help please do so!
