Can Samba recognize the entire hostname such as vangogh.rcash.com?
I shared a directory under my Fedora Core 5 Samba server. Although my server host name is "vangogh.rcash.com", the Samba client always recognizes the host as "vangogh" only(without the domain name)?
Is this a Samba requirement or there is something I missed?
