    There are a number of solutions to spam, the best one is not to receive it in the first place - try configuring the mail server to use real-time black holes, which checks the IP address of the sender with one of the known blacklists, and if it matches, will bounce the mail. You could also try spamassassin, which should integrate with your MTA.
