    Why my Child Proxy Won't Connect HTTPS?

    hi all

    im stuck with this case where my child proxy won't connect to https

    my child proxy (box1) connected with parent (box2)

    in this condition, on the box2, there is no firewall.

    when box1 request and searching, there is no problem.. but when every request https such, there is a notification error from server like this:

    The requested URL could not be retrieved
    While trying to retrieve the URL: 
    The following error was encountered: 
    Connection to Failed 
    The system returned: 
        (111) Connection refusedThe remote host or network may be down. 

    BOX1 (
    /var/log/squid/access.log said:

    1792 TCP_MISS/503 0 CONNECT - DIRECT/ -
    /var/log/squid/cache.log said:

    2007/01/22 00:21:52| temporary disabling (Not Found) digest from

    BOX2 (
    /var/log/squid/access.log said:
    1169401484.402 0 UDP_MISS/000 49 ICP_QUERY - NONE/- -

    /var/log/squid.cache.log said:
    no message

    i have checked directly connect to parent proxy from my pc , there is no problem with https. i can create e-mail from

    please guide me how to fix this problem

    sorry i forgot:

    squid on box1:
    squid-2.6.STABLE7-1.fc6 (RPM) on Fedora C6

    squid on box2:
    squid-2.5.STABLE9-1.5.101mdk (RPM) on Mandrake 10.1
