setting up a man page server

Hi

I want to configure a man page server for my web-site. Where do I begin? I googled a bit and it talks about using cgi-bin server but I don't know how to set up that either.

Thanks a lot it helped. I used the first one. It is a nice cgi script. I might try the others today.
