Our Linux (Fedora2) server is getting affected by a virus
Our Linux (Fedora2) server is getting affected by a virus, which bring
multiple request and the server is getting hanged and it was confirmed
that it is not a virus which is not existing in server, but our server
is getting hacket by multiple request.
Let me know, whether you could handle it to remove the virus by the name
Blst.php.
Please check into the following, where our site www.g-antssoft.com is
listed under the virus
http://www.quickheal.co.in/public/alerts/bagle_gi.asp
But here in the above link, it was mentioned as windows server, actually
it was a linux server.
Let me know, what steps do I take to resolve this problem.

It is a kind of denial of service attack. Use firewall and rate limit the request packets to ur web service. That could solve your problem.
