Hi,
I'm trying to configure fetchmail and procmail to forward emails from a POP3 account to my gmail account. fetchmail is working ok because i receive my emails on my linux box and i can read them with mail. The problems start when I try to forward them to my gmail account.

The .forward file has only this line in it: "|exec /usr/bin/procmail || exit 75". I tried with many other syntaxes that I found on the internet because apparently that line is not guaranteed to work, depending on what machine I'm running.

My .procmailrc file looks like this:

PMDIR=$HOME/.procmail
MAILDIR=/var/mail
DEFAULT=$MAILDIR/root
LOGFILE=$PMDIR/procmail.log
LOGABSTRACT=yes
VERBOSE=yes

:0c
*^To.*xxxxxxxxx@pop3.server.com
! xxxxxxxxxxxx@gmail.com

where the email addresses have been changed...

i'm not used to email servers... i looked at procmail.log but it's empty... how is it possible??? i put verbose to yes... i even tried to intentionnaly put an error in the .procmailrc and i don't see any difference... what am i missing???

thx in advance,
sebastien
