It's late and all, I can't find the answers. please help

I set up my dns server and internal as well as dmz lookups work but I can't
get it to go to outside sites I set up. It will forward and get requests for say google and so on, just not the one I set up to go to. We have a web site off campus that I want to be able to point to.
When I do a nslookup on my windows box I get:

C:\Documents and Settings\beast11>nslookup www.google.com
*** Can't find server name for address 192.168.128.3: Non-existent domain

What do I need for it to get the server known?
maybe this will help get me on to the outside lookup?
