I am running a Debian Sarge server. Have a number of Win boxes in a local network. Also have Win boxes logging in remotely. The server is acting as web server, samba server, ftp server, vpn (poptop), firewall.

The two problems are:

1. The Win boxes on the internal network need to have the DNS manually setup.
2. External Win boxes cannot see the samba shares that reside on the server.

Other than that, everything seems to be working fine.

Any ideas?
