    Samba Cyrillic font incompatibility


    I'm having a really wierd problem with my Samba file-sharing server. Basically, when I access the server through a Windows machine and try to copy files, everything goes through except my files with Cyrillic font in their names. However, when I access the Windows machine remotely through my Debian box, and copy the files that way, everything works. What could the problem be?

    I just ran across this tutorial: NSLU2-Linux - Optware / Samba browse

    I think it should fix my problem
