    vsftpd user login times problem


    Hi everyone,

    i m facing the problem of login times for a user.i want to give user login times 5 means when user login fails 5 times so after 5th time when it will login then it will fail to login.so please tell me how to give this option in vsftpd.conf file.

    I know you are able to do this in pam.conf. There should also be a setting for this in your FTP conf files somewhere or if it is not listed I know you can add it, but I am not sure of the exact syntax used for this. Try using the search forums tool or using google.com/linux to find the correct syntax
