Squid Serverd

hi all
i have problem with my squid server in tansparent mode, my squid is 2.6 stable 6 in RH5 SERVER, if i configure with out transparent its work nicly !
but when i configuer it with proxy as :

http_port 192.168.0.3:8080 transparent
its will not work and stop browsing

maybe i have problem in iptables !!

please urgent help
