Hi guys,
I have a problem during creating the database on HP DL380 G5 Base Storage Server. My problem is i run dbca and then after complete configure all the control file, flash recovery area n proceed with the creating the database. Database crash after 93% creating the database. Somebody help me! this is a production server, i already stuck for 2 weeks.

As below is my infrastructure:

Servers: HP Proliant DL385 G2
Storage Server: HP Proliant DL380 G5 Base Storage Server
Node Operating System: RHEL 4 Update4
Software: Oracle 10g Database Release 2
