setting up a linux server for shared hosting

Hello,

I am new to this forum, but I would like some help or even just referred to some documentation. Here is what I want to do:

I want to setup a Linux server running either Centos or Fedora as a shared web hosting server, so users can access their portion via cpanel. Any help or documentation would be great.

Thanks!!

I believe cpanel is not free so if you are wanting a free option you could try something like virtualmin Webmin

I haven't used it but I use webmin on a regular basis

I have thought of using other managers, but I guess I really need help with setting up the shared part of it or setting up VPS's which ever would accomplish my task the best.
