Nice work moppet.
But i prefer this prog-Video to Flash Converter(by geovid.com)
You can convert Video AVI, ASF, WMV, MOV, MP4, MPEG, MPG files to Flash SWF and FLV easily and quickly!
It cost 99.95 USD but very usefull and quality is great
