I have setup a CentOS LAMP server and the root messages are getting stock in /var/spool/mail/root.

The messages are LogWatch messages and has the information regarding the ssh login failed attempts by intruders and other usefull information.

How do I setup my correct email address so the root messages can be send to my email address. I do not want to use this server for providing POP or SMTP services. Just want to use it for LAMP and PHP messages.

I appreciate any help.
