Both CentOS and Fedora are RedHat based. CentOS is RHEL clone and Fedora is like a test rat of RedHat labs.
I prefer CentOS over Fedora for Web Server but server speed depends on hardware and the way you configure server.

I know that speed is major issue of Hardware. but i wanted to knw on same configuration which OS is better.
In Short Shall I migrate??
if you can migrate you should, fedora 8 support is probably coming to an end soon, while centos5 will have support for quite a while
