https apache outside lan ssl error
I have an apache server set up and it is running fine. I have also added https (ssl) access and I can connect fine within my lan (little padlock etc). But when I try and connect from outside my lan, firefox give the following error.
The connection to my.domain.com has terminated unexpectedly. Some data may have been transferred.
I have also tried the following:
"openssl s_client -connect my.domain.com:443 -state"
again, within the lan I can connect ok (screen full of keys etc) but when I try and connect from outside my lan I get the following.
SSL_connect:SSLv2/v3 write client hello A
10152:error:140790E5:SSL routines:SSl23_WRITE:ssl handshake failure:s23_lib.c:188:
As I can connect from within my lan and I have tried this with and without firewall I can only assume this is a issue with my router (netgear with tomato installed). Any suggestion to help fix this or other things to try would be great.
