ipv6 dhcp inside ipv4 config file

Hi

There is option to config IPV6 subnets inside IPV4 dhcp.conf file?
There is theoretical option? or the only option is to have 2 DHCP servers, one for 6 and one for 4 or the manage two dhcpd files?
