need help with background path

i'm run redhat9.0 as a server and everything works well but i try to add i background image and can't seem to get it can some one help me. this is what going on in my linux server i can see the background but in my laptop win-xp-pro i can see the background just the text. i don't really know why is doing that. oh and i delete all the script code. and i get nothing still. i try dif, paths and no luck.

You dont have a browser security setting turned on in XP to prevent the downloading of images, do you? There are various ways to configure this, but I think you can turn off images if they dont originate from the same site.
