problem in domain lookup for a particular domain

i've got a strange problem. there is a domain name eg. xyz.com i cannot resolve it through my dns but can be resolved from other opendns. my dns can resolve all other domain hosted on the same server but not this particular domain. whenever i restart the service it works for limited time, but again same problem both from primary and secondary dns. if the dns resolve xyz.com, it doesn't lookup to its www & mail or vice versa. i am very confused on this matter and got no idea what is goin on. please help!!!

What is the real name of this domain? Should it be accessible for the Internet?

the real name is sawtee.org. it can be accessible through internet. but the other sites hosted on same server can be resolved from my dns.

Have you tried to use 'dig +trace' for the domain you cannot resolve?

first it cannot resolve the domain. then after rndc flush and rndc reload it gets resolved. i can successfully dig and trace to sawtee.org as well as its www but i cannot dig or trace to mail.sawtee.org.

Post your failed dig +trace mail.sawtee.org. Try and use code or quote tags to keep the format.

I have made some changes on hosting server. i.e changed the nameserver for the domain and now my dns can successfully resolve the domain. previous nameserver as not resolvable so changed to new one n it worked.
