problem with dovecot

hi guyz

pl help me with this issue i am new to linux ,i followed olddocks link in setting up a mail server

i did everything right until
3c.Configure SASL Authentication With TLS
i this section i cant understand any thing i tried to setup but while restarting dovecot

i am getting an error with this "apt-get install postfix-tls"

can anybody explain this step by step
