Smile Slackware 12 boot installtion
hi all

when i boot cd of slackware 12 i hit enter in boot :
Code:
loading /kernels/hugesmp.s/bzimage
when the initrd.img loading
give me message
iso linux : Disk error 80 , AX = 4280 , drive 9F
boot failed press any key to Rety

what is the solution?
sorry for my bad language

This is a BIOS-Failure if I recall correctly.

Yes, it could be a BIOS failure. But my bet is that you have a bad burn. Did you check the md5 checksum?
Can you get other distro's to boot from CD?

yes i checked the md5 sum and i can get other disro's boot from cd

my BIOS setting cdrom first boot and hard seconde boot
Once the times i make cdrom first boot and second boot
the cd Worked !!
this time Didn't want to work

Well, sorry but if its a BIOS-Failure you just cant run the Live-BootScripts they use.
You'll need to boot into a Small System using a Floppy-Drive and then start the Slackware CD
