before i installed ndiswrapper i removed madwifi from the mod list using rmmod then unstalled madwifi from my system. then reooted to have a clean start
then installed ndiswrapper but i must say that
the version of ndiswrapper LKM that came with my distro did not have the ndiswrapper.ko in the correcet format as the modprobe issued an error stating that the lkm was not in the correct format
so i had to write a SlackBuild script and compiled and built the tgz required...
