Dialup Modem

I have a PCMCIA modem that I need to use to connect to the internet. Unfortunatly, I'm having problems with Kppp. If someone can help me, I'd be deeply appreciative.

The card is PCMCIA- 3CCM556 56K Data Fax Cell PC Card
The bus is PCI-1420 CardBus Controller

I can't find the modem, and I'm totally lost on how I can get it to work.

Thank you all.
