Image Backup

Hi all;

I have a Slackware 12.0.0 system running 1.420 Webmin and wish to find some software app that can be installed to create a complete image of the entire volume.

Anyone have a good tool (preferably GUI) that can "image" the volume/drive for backup and restore?
I know that within Webmin one can backup config and file system files, but would like to find an app that "images" the entire volume so one can restore it, if a failure occurs.

Thanks, The Grep.

Maybe you could check out Partimage -

Main Page - Partimage

It has a GUI...an ncurses rough-looking one but still a GUI

You may want to check `dd`, it's not graphical but it does what you want.
