Vmware install (rc0.d -> rc6.d problem)

I've got slight problem with Vmware 4.0 (?) workstation install.
The installation program keeps asking me following:

What is the directory that contains the init directories (rc0.d/ to
rc6.d/)?

Tryed
/etc/rc.d/
/etc/
/etc/rc*.d

Create the dirs under /etc/rc.d and make /etc/rc.d/rc.sysvinit executable. That should work

Slackware uses another init system called BSD style init. Most other distro's are using sysvinit. Slackware however can cope with sysvinit.
