startup error messages

My startup seems to be filling up with insmod errors, which all I know it has something to do with the hotplug and something to do with the 2.4.29 kernel, because they show up with the error messages. Though they run steadily during the hotplug portion of my startup, they seem to be harmless. Still, something is wrong, and can someone help me out?

Run
Code:
dmesg > /tmp/dmesg.log
right after you reboot and paste the contents of /tmp/dmesg.log here and I'll have a look through the errors and see what we can figure out.
