I want to define my DVB card .. help..!!

Hello friends

I need your help in this little mission .. I got my Linux Slackware installed and it's OK and every thing is allright..

Recently, I installed a DVB card ( Twinhan ) and now I need to install the driver for this card..

I am NEW in Linux amazing world .. so I need your help

SOMETHING else, I want to know if there is any other user but the root
What are the commands to delete them and so on ?
