    Hello everyone -

I'm running a dual boot: XP Pro on one HD and Slack12 on the other. I'm slowly porting everything to Linux. One of the things I'm trying to do is find a suitable music player that can utilize my music that's stored on an external USB drive. I've got the drive mounted and can see the files, but when I go to build the library in amarock, nothing happens.

    Any tips?

    Andy

Did you add that directory to the search path in Amarok? Also make sure the drive is mounted read/write - this helps with tagging and metadata though it is not essential.
