    boot problem


    i burned slackware iso, it will boot in 1 pc but not another. other distros will boot, any ideas?

    Welcome to the forums!

    I'm not sure what error messages you might be getting on boot, if any, but you could always try experimenting with various kernel boot options that are available to you through the F-keys right before the CD begins to actually boot into the installer.

    Post your machine's specs here. Have you tried bare.kernel?
