i have a little problem, i downloaded source package .tar.bz2 (amsn) and i execute this code: tar xjf .....................tar.bz2 and then it make a folder in then i writed: ./configure ...

    problem with amsn installing


    i have a little problem, i downloaded source package .tar.bz2 (amsn)
    and i execute this code:

    tar xjf .....................tar.bz2

    and then it make a folder in then i writed:

    ./configure (like in install construstion) but it doesn't work..it says no such file or directory..

    can anybody tell me the procedure what i must do

    There might not be a ./configure file. check with the "ls" command the contents of the folder. There might be an other installation file. Also check the README if there is one
