    Angry Installation on bind DNS server taking a long time

    Hi,

    I'm just installing on yet another computer and installation has whizzed along until I get to the installation of bind (DNS server and utilities).

    This is taking absolutely ages to install - I've been sitting here reading a book for at least two hours. Is this normal?

    P.S. At one point I pressed enter in frustration - will this have affected it?

    P.S.S. I've overclocked a bit but I doubt that the system will have frozen but is it possible? If so do I need to restart?

    It's been about 3 hours-ish now on the same screen. Do I assume the system has locked up and restart? Will anything bad happen if I quite mid-installation?

    Have you tried resetting the overclocking you did and seeing if it
    installs OK then?
