ok I had this problem on slackware 10 when i had that, but i figured out instead of useradd i had to do useradd -d(I think). but on slack 12 ...

startx authority problems
ok I had this problem on slackware 10 when i had that, but i figured out instead of useradd i had to do useradd -d(I think). but on slack 12 when i try this it doesnt seem to eb working well... i keep getting errors like timeout locking .xauthority and similar errors, however i can't seem to get it to work! any suggestion? PS it works as root just not as stinkoman
