I don't know if there is actually a central location where you can find out about how stable Slackware 11 is, but Slackware has a reputation for being stable in general and in my experience, "11" was no exception. The only thing is, '11' comes standard with the 2.4 kernel. It's easy enough for a fairly experienced Linux user to get it upgraded to the 2.6 kernel. but why not just go with Salckware 12? It comes with the 2.6 kernel by default. I run 12 on three machines and it runs great.
