I can't seam to get cups working.

Can't Install printer?
I just installed 12.3 and can't find my printer in the add printer in control panel and would like to get printer working.
I can't seam to get cups working.
I tried to open it with firefox, but I can't seam to get cups working.
"Failed to Connect"
The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost:631.
Tried /etc/init.d/cupsys restart
What next?:drown:
