[SOLVED] Runlevels
When ever i boot into slackware12.1 it boots up nicely its just it seem's to stop at runlevel 3 or terminal flashing darkstarlogin then i have to type startx i've tried changing /etc/inittab the runlevel from 3 to 5 but still no luck is this normal in slackware or is it just my luck

Yeah this is normal for Slackware. runlevel 3 is default, and runlevel 5 is unused (but configured like runlevel 3).
If you switch default to runlevel 4 in inittab it should boot into graphics.Can't tell an OS by it's GUI
