I'm not really too familiar with graphics card problems/installation so not sure I can help. This is a pretty old computer/graphics card? Here's a link at Intel which might give you some info on drivers, etc. but it also states they stopped support for that chipset at the end of 2004. You might read through this page and see if you can get any useful information about drivers.
