I would like to know which are the packages for the terminal emulators?
I use the shell and the Linux Konsole (applet added to the panel)
I have some problems with the color: white on black, and I want to reinstall them to see if that helps.
Thanks.

xterm and rxvt are the two that I use, I think there is a tarball full of terminal emulators somewhere in the source packages though.
What specific problems are you having?

Sorry I just reread your post, try rxvt -rv or rxvt -r to get the white letters on back background, of if you have transparency set up, use the "-ip" switch in rxvt to activate it.

You can specify fonts in RXVT with an -fn "/path/to/your/font". move cautiously though, you could end up looking at Chinese characters.
Read the man page on RXVT ( man rxvt ), don't hesitate to ask again if you have questions. I'm not an expert, but I have messed around with that app quite a bit.
