window manager in Gslacky in Slackware 12.2

    hi everyone
i am fond of Gnome and that's why i was searching for Gnome for Slackware.
i tried GSB, but it was not up to mark.
now i installed Gslacky . it works just fine except one thing.
my window manger is not of GUI, i mean it doesn't include usual tools such as i cannot maximize/ minimize/Restore/move .
to add my problems, i cannot work with multiple applications concurrently.
i can work with one apps only. this is not what i am looking for with Gnome.
    Please suggest any solution.
    regards
    Sorry, it was unintentional.
You should have told me at least once and i could have fix it.

Your window manager does not support the show desktop button, or you are not running a window manager.
    any suggestion?
