Terminal Hex editor

Hi,

I'm very new to Slackware and I'm looking for a hex editor to run in the terminal. I usually I use Hexedit but I can't seem to find it within Slackware so what are your suggestions. Is there another hex editor that I can use or am I out of luck?...

I found a slackbuild script for hexedit, but it's for Slackware 12.2


You may be able to build hexedit from source?


Otherwise there is shed for Slack 13.

Thanks again...I finally had some time to install hexedit and it works great....well after I found out how to work links so I could download it....Gerard4143
