Welcome to the forums!
I took a look around but didn't run across any Slackware packages for it.

the installation document is too general, i want to do it with slackware but openbravo require to change the locale to UTF-8.

This is an Ubuntu guide, so you'd have to find Slackware equivalents to Ubuntu specific commands.
